Not that there’s anything wrong with down home country, blues, and gitar-pickin’. I love it all. But now and then one hears something extraordinary in SecondLife. I was lucky to attend a concert that in Real Life was performed in Spain. It featured a tenor who sang like an angel. He sang from Mozart’s Figaro, and Handel’s oratorios, and the work of Padilla, and a couple of others I can’t remember. His pianist/accompanist was also excellent and the audio was of good quality and free of glitches. He also sang a Christmas song, that I wish I could hear again. These were two performers with a deep passion for their music. The audience said “bravo!”
